Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside Fairlawns. Any guest found smoking indoor will incur a £200 cleaning charge and will be asked to leave

Booking Terms

Cancellation Policy

Our website & telephone bookings (up to 3 rooms): Cancellations can be made up to 10am on the morning of arrival without charge. Cancellations made after 10am on the morning of arrival will be charged for the 1st night.

More than 3 rooms: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before arrival date, after this time the 1st night will be charged.

Booking.com: Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the arrival date, after this time the 1st night will be charged and must be cancelled on Booking.com.

Check In Times

Rooms will be ready from 3pm, if you require an earlier check in please call to arrange. Reception closes at 10.00pm. Check Out Times

Check out required by 11am.

Family rooms are suitable for 2 ADULTS & upto 2 CHILDREN. We will not accept bookings of more than 2 adults per room (a room booked for 3 ADULTS or more will be separated into an additional room and charged accordingly).
