Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check in is sometimes possible, for a small fee, if booked in advance. If you have not booked early check in prior to arrival it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate you before 3pm.
Reception closes at 10pm, however, we can arrange a safe location to leave your room keys so you can self check in but please call us on 01295 262461 to pre-arrange this.
We have FREE parking for regular sized vehicles for guests staying with us
Rooms can be booked with breakfast included or 'Room Only'. If you have booked 'Room Only', breakfast can be added up to 9pm the night before for an additional fee.
These items are available from reception or can be requested prior to arrival.
We have 2 x 7kwh chargers. There is a set fee per night and should be reserved to save the space.
Yes, the WiFi is FREE & FAST. The code can be found on the back of the room door.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Fairlawns Guest House. Our cat is afraid of other animals.
