Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 10:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check in is sometimes possible, for a small fee, if booked in advance. If you have not booked early check in prior to arrival it is unlikely we will be able to accommodate you before 3pm.
Reception closes at 10pm, however, we can arrange a safe location to leave your room keys so you can self check in but please call us on 01295 262461 to pre-arrange this.
We have FREE parking for regular sized vehicles for guests staying with us
Rooms can be booked with breakfast included or 'Room Only'. If you have booked 'Room Only', breakfast can be added up to 9pm the night before for an additional fee.

We have 2 x 7kwh chargers. There is a set fee per night and should be reserved to save the space.
Yes, the WiFi is FREE & FAST. The code can be found on the back of the room door.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Fairlawns Guest House. Our cat is afraid of other animals.

Fairlawns Guest House is the closest B&B to both the Horton General Hospital (road entrance is almost opposite, main reception 0.3 miles walk) & the New Foscote Hospital (just 0.5 miles from us).
Yes, you can watch the Christmas Tractor Run from outside Fairlawns Guest House or take a short walk in to town to get a double pass of the tractors. More info about the event can bed found here
Most rooms already have a fan provided during the warmer months. If there isn’t a fan in your room we can provide one, just as at reception.

On Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday breakfast is served from 7.00am until last order at 9.00am.
On Saturday, Sunday & Monday breakfast is served from 7.30am until last order at 9.00am.
Most of the items one our breakfast menu are vegetarian & many are vegan. We always have plant based sausages, butter & oat milk available and can provide plant based yoghurts or pastries with someone advanced notice.
Yes, many of the items on our menu are naturally gluten-free. We can also provide gluten-free toast.
Banbury Cross & High Street is a 0.4 miles (8 minutes walk according to Google Maps) from Fairlawns Guest House. An extra 2/3 minutes will get you to Parson’s Street where there are bars, restaurants & shops.
